4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on Feelux Genuine are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept payment through AzamPay Secure gateway. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. However, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other external factors. Feelux Genuine is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Feelux Genuine. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy. You may return your unused and undamaged product within 3 days of receiving it. However, please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will provide an exchange for another product of equal value.

7. Limitations of Liability

Feelux Genuine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Tanzania.
